We will be holding the CGS Board meeting on January 10 via ZOOM. Start time will be 9:00 AM and run until 12:30. After a break for lunch we will have the financial review and 2026 budget meeting.

Thursday - Check-in starts at 11:00 am. Lunch is at Noon.
Sunday - Check-out for your room is at 11:30 am. Unless you are staying the extra night. Lunch is at Noon for everyone. The work room is open all day.

New and Refresher participants may sign up PLEASE share with your members Fee $20 covers name badge --- sent upon completion of requirements

Notify AGS when you have judged and/or done a continuing education session to maintain certification (Judges Activity form is on website)

Maintain AGS membership
Be a judge or clerk in gourd show competition at least once every 3 years
Participate in a continuing education session: refresher or practice session at least once every 3 years
Stay up to date

This was a 50/50 fundraiser with CGS Gourd Artist Groups. Proceeds benefit the statewide educational outreach of the California Gourd Society and its gourd artists groups. Funds are also used by the individual gourd groups to help offset the cost of sending their representative/leader to the annual Regional Rep meeting and for the Northern and Southern Program Directors to host the meeting.

There is no competition this year. But there is Display both Saturday and Sunday. Anyone that wants to add their Gourd artwork for a chance to win the People’s Choice award for the day. It’s free and you can sell your Gourd from the Display table.
