  • Pick your work area out and settle in

  • Unpack in your room

  • Welcome, Introductions, general information

  • Review WORKBOOKS

3PM-4PM - MINGLE Meet and Greet Drinks and snacks

4PM - 5:30PM - Pass out Goodie Bags

  • Review and Demo some of the simple the projects, (play on own)

6PM -7PM- Dinner

7:30PM – 8PM - UFO Exchange

• 7:30AM Artisan Trading Shards issued to those who participated

• 8AM - 9AM Breakfast

• 9AM - 11AM Critter Clackers Demo and play

• 10AM – 2PM chair Massages (You must have reservations)

• Noon – 1PM Lunch

•1:30PM – 4:30PM OPTIONAL Tiger Lily Class by Lisa Baurmeister (You must have reservations)

• 4:30PM - 5:30PM Laser Shards/ UV Resin Demo and play

• 6PM – 7PM Dinner

• 7:15PM Gourd Blossom Guessing Game Drawing

• 7:30PM – 8:30PM Genie Bottle DEMO and play Chris Crady, (kits for sale)

  • 8AM – 9AM Breakfast

  • 9AM – 11AM Mini Fairy Gardens Demo and play

  • Noon – 1PM Lunch

  • 1:30PM – 5PM OPTIONAL Beaded Chain Class by Camille King (YOU MUST HAVE RESERVATIONS)

  • 6PM – 7PM Dinner

  • 7PM – 8PM Basket Raffle

  • 9PM – Turn in Survey Drawing (Gourd Blossom Painting by Grace Swanson)

Itinerary: Sunday July 2nd 

  • 8AM – 9AM Breakfast

  • 9AM - Silent Auction announced for Whimsical Center Pieces

  • 11:30AM – Check out of room and go to lunch if not staying over the optional Sunday night

  • Noon – 1PM Lunch for everyone

  • FIELD TRIP at Cecile Garrison’s Farm on our way home, SEE Libbi Salvo for arrangements
